PlasmaClear three-day plasma exchange programme*
Three sessions. Three days. Treatment through a partner clinic.
PlasmaClear offers an innovative approach to therapeutic plasma exchange using HemoClear filtration technology, designed to make treatment more accessible through an ambulatory care model.
The treatment programme includes:
- Three therapeutic plasma exchange sessions over three days, subject to medical suitability.
- Treatment in a professionally supervised outpatient setting.
- Individual treatment planning and clinical monitoring.
* Availability, schedule and conditions depend on the location.
Plasma exchange without routine central venous catheterization
Less invasive vascular access. Greater patient comfort. Designed for ambulatory care.
One of the important advantages of PlasmaClear's HemoClear-based technology is its design for treatment through peripheral intravenous access.
Conventional therapeutic plasma exchange sometimes requires the placement of a central venous catheter, particularly when peripheral blood flow is insufficient. Central venous catheterization is an invasive procedure associated with potential complications, including bleeding, infection, thrombosis and mechanical injury.
PlasmaClear is designed to perform plasma exchange using peripheral intravenous access, without routinely requiring a deep central venous catheter.
This approach offers several potential benefits
Less invasive treatment
Avoiding central venous catheter placement when peripheral access is sufficient.
Improved patient comfort
A simpler vascular access procedure.
Reduced catheter-related risks
Avoidance of complications specifically associated with central venous access.
Ambulatory treatment
Supporting treatment in appropriately equipped outpatient facilities.
Simpler treatment logistics
Potentially reducing the resources required for vascular access.
Combined with compact filtration technology, PlasmaClear aims to make therapeutic plasma exchange more convenient and accessible.

Three sessions over three days, using peripheral intravenous access where clinically appropriate.
* Availability, schedule and conditions depend on the location. Vascular access, treatment schedule and suitability are determined by clinical assessment. Conventional TPE can also be performed through peripheral veins. The comparative safety and effectiveness of HemoClear-based TPE require clinical validation.
PlasmaClear laboratory and biological age assessment
Advanced health insights before and after plasma exchange
PlasmaClear offers three laboratory assessment packages, combining essential medical safety testing with advanced biomarkers of environmental exposure, neurological health and biological ageing.
Our approach allows patients to explore their biological profile and monitor selected laboratory changes over time.
- Complete blood count and platelets
- Kidney and liver function
- Electrolytes and calcium
- Albumin and total protein
- Fibrinogen and coagulation parameters
- Selected treatment safety monitoring
- Inflammation and metabolic health markers
- Immunoglobulins IgG, IgA and IgM
- PFAS screening, including PFOS, PFOA and PFHxS
- Heavy metal screening: lead, mercury, cadmium and arsenic
- Alzheimer's-associated blood biomarkers, including p-tau217 and Aβ42/40, when clinically appropriate
- Selected follow-up testing and comparative results
- Persistent pesticide screening, including selected organochlorine compounds
- Additional environmental exposure markers
- DNA methylation-based biological age assessment
- DunedinPACE and GrimAge2, where available
- Repeat epigenetic assessment approximately 90 days after treatment
- Integrated baseline and follow-up laboratory report
Alzheimer's biomarker testing is subject to individual clinical assessment and appropriate counselling. It is not intended as routine screening for people without symptoms.
Measure what changes. Understand what it means.
Our laboratory assessments provide information about circulating biomarkers and selected health-related biological processes. They do not establish that plasma exchange reverses ageing, prevents Alzheimer's disease or improves long-term health outcomes.
All tests and treatment procedures are subject to clinical suitability and availability.
PlasmaClear: advanced plasma exchange. Greater accessibility.
Treatment is subject to medical assessment, appropriate clinical indications and applicable regulatory requirements. The clinical benefits of plasma exchange vary by condition.
